Our Guarantee
Sherwoods' guarantee comes with each article sold, and assures that the article purchased is as described, authentic and genuine. We will refund the purchase price, without a time limit, if the article is found to be not genuine. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only. Upon request, we will furnish a Certificate of Authenticity for each item purchased.
To Order
You may order by telephone, fax, or mail. We recommend the telephone method, as the items offered are, in most cases, one-of-a-kind, and subject to prior sale. Our phone number is 505-988-1776; our fax is 505-992-1812. Our hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Mountain, Monday through Saturday. Our address is 128 West Palace Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks, and money orders. Your payment must accompany your order. Any items ordered by phone, not paid for by credit card, will be held for four (4) days until your check or money order arrives. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders. New Mexico residents please add 8.1875 percent sales tax.

Terms
We extend return privileges on what we sell. Every attempt has been made to accurately describe each item; noting defects, if any. All references made to dates, tribal affiliation, etc. are made to the best of our knowledge, and research. If you are not happy with what you receive, you may return it, prepaid within three (3) days of receipt, in the same condition as sent.
Shipping Charges
We pay shipping charges on all items over $2,000 within the continental United States. The exception is on items that are oversize, unusual weight, or require special packing or crating. All shipping under $2,000 is done so on a varient basis. Please contact us for details.
Prior Sale
Most items offered are subject to prior sale. Most items are one-of-kind, and we apologize if something has already been sold. We suggest that if you find something you wish to purchase you give us a call.
Errors
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this website is accurate. Sherwoods cannot be held liable for typographical errors.
Purchases
We are interested in purchasing single items or collections. Our interests cover a wide range, so please let us know what you have. A photo, description and price are most helpful.
Trades
We are frequently asked if we would accept something in trade toward purchase. The answer is yes. Simply send us a photo and description of the item offered and state how much you want for it. Please be sure to include your telephone number and address.
