A great tacked knife sheath and knife. The sheath is made from old saddle leather with square brass tacks. The knife has typical high-quality frontier manufactured brass buttons and a Ferrule clip point blade.

A short fighting lance much different from the normal long buffalo lance and quite scarce. Spanish sword blade used as point, wood probably ash or alder.
Blade wrapped in sinew-sewn buffalo hide, dyed with green ochre. Trace of old ribbon ornamentation.55" L.
